Slovenia – Refuse disposal and treatment – Prevzem, odvoz in odstranitev odpadkov v stečajnem postopku družbe I Trade d. o. o. po sklepu Okrožnega sodišča v Mariboru št. 692/2025.

The main objectives of the public procurement are: • complete removal of all waste from the production hall and all external surfaces of the worksite area; • ensuring lawful handling of waste in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union; • preventing further negative impacts of waste on the environment and human health; • ensuring safe execution of works for the contractor, the contracting authority and the surroundings; • ensuring full traceability of all quantities of waste removed; • providing evidence of lawful final handling of the removed waste; • ensuring an orderly and safe condition of the area upon completion of all activities.
