Belgium – Office cleaning services – Raamovereenkomst schoonmaak van lokalen, ramen en uithangborden

The contract involves the daily and periodic maintenance of the offices of Solidaris Oost-Vlaanderen. It also includes the washing of the windows, the window sills and the cleaning of the notice boards. The contract comprises 23 sites where the cleaning is outsourced to the contractor. For these offices, the contractor provides a fixed cleaning programme. In addition, a further 13 offices are included, where cleaning may be possible on call. These are currently cleaned in-house by the contracting authority. The contractor can be called upon, for example, to replace a member of staff of the contracting authority.
