The subject of the contract is defined in accordance with Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and Amending and Supplementing Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "ZVO"): Contract for the purchase of goods with the subject matter precisely defined in the tender documents (hereinafter referred to as the "SP"). The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in Section B1 DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT and Section B2 COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS of the tender documents.
