Economic operators may request clarifications 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 5 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016. The lists with the quantities of services to be provided are attached to the terms of reference for each lot separately. The operations consist of: - felling, sectioning, gathering, and removing to the primary platform; - cleaning the floors, in accordance with the Instructions approved by OMMP no. 1540/2011 with subsequent amendments and additions; - sorting the wood mass on the primary platform into timber, firewood and/or industrial grades, as well as sectioning and preparing it for loading. - if the technical project provides for the auto-transport of the wood mass to the depot, these are found attached to the terms of reference for each lot separately. The exploitation of the wood mass is carried out by economic operators certified for forestry operations, as well as by natural persons under the conditions provided for in art. 101 alin. (3), lit. a of Law no. 331/2024, republished, with subsequent amendments. The exploitation of the wood mass is carried out on the basis of the exploitation authorization with the inclusion in the maximum duration of exploitation of the wood mass which is provided for in annex no. 2 of OM 1540/2011. The authorization for the exploitation of the plots will be made depending on the stage of the new legal procedures for the approval by APM of the forestry arrangements.
