The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the dormitory building with a change of layout, reconstruction of the staircase, connecting corridor and insulation of the dining room, the individual parts of which are separated from each other by expansion joints, and this in accordance with and in compliance with the minimum requirements set out in Section B.2 of the Tender Documents - Description of the Contract, Appendix No. 11 of the Tender Documents - Project Documentation and Appendix 1A of the Tender Documents - Measurement Statement.
