Providing maintenance, periodic technical inspections and repairs for the vehicle fleet of SHI SIRET, namely:

LOT 1 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections and repairs for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3.5 t from the SHI SIRET vehicle fleet

LOT 2 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections and repairs for a heavy commercial vehicle with a maximum authorised mass of over 3.5 t MAN 6x6, from the SHI SIRET

LOT 3 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections and repairs for equipment, including the Bulldozer KOMATSU WB93S-5EO and the Bulldozer HIDROMEK HMK 102S, from the SHI SIRET

LOT 4 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections and repairs for the tractor SAME EXPLORER 130 DCR, from the SHI SIRET

A framework agreement for services will be concluded for each lot of services, for a period of 24 months, from 2026 to 2028.

LOT 1: Maximum CS LOT 1 value: 62,260.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 27,000.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value for parts and consumables: 35,260.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum AC LOT 1 value: 124,520.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 54,000.00 lei excluding VAT

• budget for parts and consumables: 70,520.00 lei excluding VAT

LOT 2: Maximum CS LOT 2 value: 12,500.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 4,200.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value for parts and consumables: 8,300.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum AC LOT 2 value: 25,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 8,400.00 lei excluding VAT

• budget for parts and consumables: 16,600.00 lei excluding VAT

LOT 3: Maximum subsequent contract LOT 3 value: 46,650.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 13,300.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value for parts, consumables, mobile workshop displacement: 33,350.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum framework agreement LOT 3 value: 93,300.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 26,600.00 lei excluding VAT

• budget for parts, consumables, mobile workshop displacement: 66,700.00 lei excluding VAT

LOT 4: Maximum subsequent contract LOT 4 value: 12,500.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 4,900.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value for parts, consumables, mobile workshop displacement: 7,600.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum framework agreement LOT 4 value: 25,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections and auto repairs: 9,800.00 lei excluding VAT

• budget for parts, consumables, mobile workshop displacement: 15,200.00 lei excluding VAT

During the framework agreement, subsequent service contracts will be awarded, on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis, depending on the actual needs and available financial resources of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information within 10 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications: 20.
