The content of the services listed in the bill of quantities is the installation of steel-framed glazing elements, consisting of: demolition including disposal, as well as complete renewal. Demolition and disposal of steel-framed glass doors and glass wall elements, approx. 67 units of steel-framed glass doors, 1/2-leaf, T30-RS, approx. 60 units of steel-framed glass doors, 2-leaf, T90-RS, 3 units of replacement of glass infills in existing steel-framed glass doors T30, approx. 75 m² renewal of glass partition walls F30, 7 units, approx. 6x2.8m. Attention: This invitation to tender includes maintenance services. Deadlines for completion: Work is to commence within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the contracting authority (Section 5, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2, VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by approximately 04.01.2027. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 170 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for commencement of work (5 working days/week) see also Appendix 1 of the Special Contractual Conditions VHB-214.
