Germany – Cleaning and sanitation services in urban or rural areas, and related services – Rahmenvereinbarung Unterhaltung Transporttrassen und Tagesanlagen, TRL Nachterstedt/Schadeleben

Maintenance of barriers, road stabilisation or removal of rutting, dust control measures 25,730 m², carrying out street cleaning in public areas and within the construction site 14,200 m², maintenance of drainage ditches and depressions, creation of clearance profiles, clearing/slashing work additional annual call-off services for 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027 and optionally 01.01.2028 - 31.12.2030: winter maintenance services 42,000 m², additional dust control, repairs, additional mowing. The contract will be tendered as a framework agreement with fixed services to be ordered and call-off services (see section 02, 04, 06 and 08 of the Bill of Quantities). The ordering and invoicing of the services will be done as required discontinuously via individual order (call-off) in AVA@LMBV. The quantity prefixes listed in the Bill of Quantities for the call-off services are non-binding estimates. The quantity prefixes reflect the current planning status. There is no entitlement to a minimum quantity or the total quantities stated. There are no claims for unearned surcharges due to unmade call-offs. Surcharges (WuG, BGK, AGK) will be remunerated exclusively in connection with the individual call-off. The services required in each case will be ordered by the AG from the operator by written call-off (e-mail).
