1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the production of promotional items related to the "Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0" project, their marking in accordance with applicable guidelines (in particular by applying logos and other visual identification elements) and the delivery of the finished products to the Contracting Authority's premises. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to the swz, which will simultaneously be Annex 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
