Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – EA - Bestek Groenonderhoud 2027 en verder

This procurement is for the contracting of one contractor for the Maintenance of Green Plantings 2027 and beyond. The municipality wishes to conclude a contract for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the contract up to a maximum of four times, for two (2) years each. The duration of the contract is 2 years, with the possibility of four (4) unilateral extensions from the contracting authority, each of 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract is 10 years. The estimated value of this contract is €2,650,000, excluding VAT, for the entire duration, including all options and extensions. The estimate is based on calculation standards and a forecast of the expected demand. The take-up under this agreement is dependent on the deployment of the in-house service.
