The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority of tactical vests with reflective elements and webbing belts, hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the contract", divided into 2 (two) tasks (parts) for which the Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following: 1) Task No. 1 – tactical vests with reflective elements; 2) Task No. 2 – webbing belts. 2. The assortment, quantity and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are indicated in the Subject of the Contract Description, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. REVERSE PROCEDURE! ONLY THE HIGHEST RATED OFFEROR MAY BID! Pursuant to Article 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority will invite the Offeror whose offer was rated the highest to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that they have not been excluded and met the participation conditions on the date of submission of the offer.
