Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na termomodernizacji wraz z przebudową budynku Przedszkola nr 34 przy ul. Dmowskiego 11 w Bydgoszczy

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of thermo-modernisation along with the reconstruction of the building of Kindergarten No. 34 at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. 2. The contracting authority intends to award contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. Any similar contracts: 1) will cover an increased scope of works specified in the project documentation and not specified in the project documentation, but in line with the subject of the contract. In this case, this will apply to the execution of works related to the reconstruction of rooms along with finishing works, replacement of window and door joinery, expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, telecommunication, water and sewerage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrant), and external road works. 2) the conclusion of the contract will be preceded by an appropriate invitation to negotiate and negotiations. 3. For interested contractors, the contracting authority enables participation in a meeting to view the site of the planned investment: on 09.07.2026 at 13.30. The meeting will take place at the entrance to the building of Kindergarten No. 34 at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory. 4. The investment is supported by a loan financed from the resources of the European Regional Development Fund as part of the programme European Funds for Kujawsko-Pomorskie for the years 2021-2027: Priority 2. European Funds for clean energy and environmental resource protection in the region, Action 2.1 Energy efficiency Bydgoszcz and regional ZITs and from the resources remaining at the disposal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. 5. Information about the additional local visit. The contracting authority informs that for interested contractors, it additionally enables participation in a meeting to view the site of the planned investment: on 04.08.2026 at 13.00. The meeting will take place at the entrance to the building of Kindergarten No. 34 at ul. Dmowskiego 11 in Bydgoszcz. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory.
