The subject of the contract is: "Supply of explosive material detection systems EDSCB C3". The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract according to the codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 38581000-1 Baggage X-ray machines Additional CPV code: 38582000-8 X-ray inspection equipment The scope of the contract involves the processing of personal data, which will be regulated in the personal data processing agreement. Local view. The Purchaser plans to organise a local view for all Contractors who express their willingness to participate. Due to the need to conduct the view in the conditions of an operating airport and due to the increased security requirements, the Purchaser informs that no more than 2 representatives of the Contractor may participate in the view. To register for the view, Contractors are required to submit an application via the Procurement Platform by 20.07.2026 at 12:00. The date of the local view is set for 21.07.2026 from 10:00 (meeting at the Terminal, before entering the passenger security control). During the view, the Contractor's representatives are required to have their identity document with them. The Purchaser reserves the right to refuse admission to the local view in case of a negative verification of the person by SOL. The Purchaser will confirm to the Contractors, who expressed their willingness to participate in the local view, the information about the scheduled date. Participation in the local view is not mandatory and does not condition the submission of an offer. The Purchaser requires that the participation of products supplied under the contract from Member States of the European Union or from countries with which the European Community has concluded agreements on equal treatment of enterprises or from countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU are applied by virtue of a decision of the Council, exceeds 50%. The Contractor, together with the offer, is required to submit a Declaration of Origin of the Product in the scope of the supplied devices according to Annex No. 10 to SWZ. The Purchaser excludes the possibility of participation in the procedure of contractors from countries not belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA), the Swiss Confederation or countries that are not signatories to the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) concluded within the World Trade Organization. Offers submitted by entities from the People's Republic of China (PRC) or entities controlled by them will be rejected. The Purchaser does not consent to the transfer of any part of the contract to subcontractors, third parties (providing resources) or suppliers of key components, who are registered in the PRC, are controlled by entities from the PRC or whose personnel performing tasks at the airport do not have the citizenship of a Member State of the EU/NATO.
