1. The subject of the contract is the security service in the buildings of the organisational units of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. OD Bydgoszcz for 12 months from 01.10.2026 - task 6 - BOK RD5

2. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP), in the ongoing procedure, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify the tenderer, whose tender has been highest evaluated in a given part, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
