The subject of the contract is the development and implementation of training for the staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. The contract has been divided into 5 parts. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Development and implementation of training in the field of managerial and leadership competencies for the management staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 2) Preparation and implementation of a two-tier training program in the field of biostructural analysis of behaviour and communication, known as STRUCTOGRAM®, dedicated to the management staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 3) Development and implementation of training to build and develop trainer skills and competencies of the "Train the Trainer" type for a group of employees of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 4) Preparation, organisation and implementation of specialist training for the care staff employed in the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw in the field of supporting the sensory development of children up to 3 years of age, including the use of teaching aids and equipment used in daily work with children. 5) Preparation, organisation and implementation of basic level training in ukulele playing for the care staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw.
