The city of Ludwigsfelde, represented by MH Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, plans to construct a new sports hall with outdoor facilities at Ahrensdorfer Heide 11, 14974 Ludwigsfelde. The property is bounded to the north and northwest by the street Zur Ahrensdorfer Heide. The opposite property is still undeveloped. It is a residential building area according to the B-Plan. To the east, a green strip and a small single-family housing area around the Notteweg and Weserstraße adjoin. The southernmost corner of the property is characterized by forest, which also continues in this direction. To the southwest of the property, semi-detached houses and terraced houses adjoin with the Augustastraße. The property itself is undeveloped and mostly covered with meadow. A forecourt will be located in front of the central entrance area. The two-storey sports hall consists of a three-court sports hall, ancillary functional areas and a spectator stand with 114 seats, 2 of which are barrier-free. Athletes and visitors enter the foyer through a common main entrance. They are guided to the upper floor via staircase 1. The changing rooms and washrooms are located there. Barrier-free access is provided via the elevator. In case of fire, further exits as well as staircase 2 can be used. The building is not basemented. The load-bearing components will be constructed as a reinforced concrete structure. The sports hall roof consists of wooden trusses with a thermally insulated steel trapezoidal sheet metal roof skin. The foundation is a reinforced concrete floor slab with concrete strip foundations as frost collars. The facade cladding consists of a WDVS with a ceramic tile cladding on the ground floor and render on the upper floor. The windows consist of plastic windows with aluminium cladding on the outside, aluminium post-and-rail facades and aluminium profile glazing. The roof waterproofing will be bituminous and the roof will have a minimum slope of 2%.
