Germany – Scaffolding work – VWR43_Erweiterung Jugendmaßregelvollzug - Gerüstbauarbeiten

The Pfalzklinikum plans to expand the juvenile correctional facility in the southern area of the clinic grounds at 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. The subject of the present EU-wide tender is the specialist lot for scaffolding work. The expansion includes a 2-storey new building (with partial basement as a WU construction) incl. access area and sports hall. The building is designed as an in-situ concrete, semi-prefabricated (walls/ceilings) and masonry construction. The flat roof in the area of the sports room will be made of trapezoidal profile sheets, which rest on a primary load-bearing structure. A separate workshop for the occupational therapy area with a connection to the existing building 50 is also part of the expansion scope. The present tender concerns the specialist lot for scaffolding work (delivery, erection and dismantling as well as provision of the work and safety scaffolding for building 49 and the workshop).
