Bulgaria – Network equipment – „Подновяване на структурна кабелна система (СКС) в сгради на Национална агенция за приходите (НАП)”

The subject of the public procurement includes the renovation of a structural cabling system (SCS) in the buildings of the National Revenue Agency (NRA), with the following activities: 1. Construction of an optical backbone network of the building, according to the attached standards, intended for a packet TCP/IP computer network with access - 10 Gbps, where applicable; 2. Construction of a user network: desktop computers, workstations, peripheral devices (printers, scanners and all other TCP/IP devices) with access - 1 Gbps; 3. Construction of power supply for desktop computers, workstations and peripheral devices. The requirements for execution are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1, part of the public procurement documentation. *** The declaration of objects/locations for the renovation of the SCS is made with a written application for each specific location separately or together, sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor by electronic means via the correspondence address. One application may include one or more locations from Table No. 1 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1. *** Implementation deadlines: 1. The deadline for submitting applications is 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of entry into force of the contract. 2. The deadline for conducting an inspection of the declared location is within 3 (three) working days from receipt by the Contractor of the written application under item 18.1 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1. 3. The deadline for providing a schedule for the execution of deliveries and activities for the objects indicated in the written application under item 18.1 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1 is within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the application. The Contracting Authority approves the schedule within 10 (ten) working days from receipt. The execution activities are carried out in accordance with the approved schedule. 4. The deadline for the preparation and submission of a project for the declared location is within 1 (one) month from receipt of the written application under item 18.1 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1. The Contracting Authority agrees to the project within 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt. The Contractor removes any remarks within 5 (five) working days. The Contracting Authority approves the corrected project within 3 (three) working days. The execution activities commence after the project is approved by the Contracting Authority. 5. The deadline for delivery, installation, commissioning and dismantling of the existing SCS for each declared location is within 5 (five) months from the date of receipt of the corresponding written application under item 18.1 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1. If the deadlines for approval under item 4 and item 5 are exceeded by the Contracting Authority, the final deadline for delivery, installation, commissioning and dismantling of the existing SCS for each declared location is extended by the number of delayed working days. 6. The deadline for the warranty support of the performed activities, such as cable laying, component mounting, mounting accessories under item 28 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority and others, is a minimum of 5 years, from the signing of the acceptance protocol under Article 26, paragraph 1 of the contract project. 7. The deadline for warranty maintenance of the components specified in item 16.2 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1 is 36 months, from the signing of the acceptance protocol under Article 26, paragraph 1 of the contract project; 8. The deadline for service maintenance under item 16.3 of the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority – Appendix No. 1 is 36 months, from the signing of the acceptance protocol under Article 26, paragraph 1 of the contract project, including a description of the activities performed for delivery, installation/assembly, arrangement and commissioning for the respective object. 9. The manufacturer's warranty certificate for the structural cabling system, which the Contractor will provide to the Contracting Authority, should be for a period of at least 20 (twenty) years.
