Germany – Building completion work – 217-300 FWH Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus, hier: Gewerkepaket Innenausbau

The GVE Grundstückverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH has been commissioned to carry out planning and implementation steps for the construction of a new fire station for the volunteer fire department in Werden/Heidhausen for the city of Essen. This includes site clearance and the demolition of the existing structure. The existing building was constructed around 1962 using solid construction methods and features a partially above-ground basement, a ground floor, a first floor and an adjacent hose tower. The station will be replaced by a new building.
