The subject of the contract is: 1. the supply and implementation of routers with embedded software and licenses in accordance with the functionalities described in the Subject of the Contract (SOC) and post-installation documentation and network cards; 2. the supply and implementation of Software not included in point 1, for the functionalities described in the SOC for routers; 3. the provision of maintenance service for the aforementioned devices and ensuring the technical support of the manufacturer for the Software; 4. the provision of consulting services. The subject of the contract are ICT products and services within the meaning of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended). The SOC is contained in Annex No. 11 to the Terms of Reference (TOR) and in the Draft Contract Clauses, constituting Annex No. 2 to the TOR.
