The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts for medical equipment and devices. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Product and Price List, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. Additional conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Contract Template, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.
