1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and furnishings for specialist outpatient care, including the supply and implementation of software for monitoring medical equipment in clinics. 2. The subject of the contract is carried out under the set number FENX.06.01-IP.03.-001/26 – European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme for 2021 – 2027. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Description of the required technical parameters or "OWPT", which is an integral part of it. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative offers. 6. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The contracting authority requires that the Subject of the Contract comply with the DNSH principle and meet the conditions indicated in the SWZ. 8. The contracting authority informs that, pursuant to art. 257 of the Pzp, it may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
