Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa fabrycznie nowego ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo- gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Brzezinach Śląskich

1) The subject of the contract involves the supply of a heavy 4x4 rescue fire engine for OSP Brzeziny Śląskie. 2) The subject of the contract, including the conditions for the execution of the contract, is specified in detail: a) technical specification; b) Draft contract terms. 3) If the procurement documents specify trademarks, patents, origin, sources or special processes, characterizing the products, materials, solutions or services supplied by a specific contractor, manufacturer, or standards and other references mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) or (3) of the Act, these should be treated as examples, and the Contracting Authority allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions. Equivalent materials, devices or solutions are considered to be those with parameters no worse than required, and if minimum parameters have not been specified, this should be understood as materials, devices or solutions with similar parameters, suitable for the required application, including in terms of functional identity, type and quality of materials and technical data. 4) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6) The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 7) In accordance with Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to execute a public contract with the involvement of subcontractors, suppliers or entities, on whose capabilities it is relied upon in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU, in cases where they account for more than 10% of the contract value. 8) The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right of personal execution by the Contractor of key tasks.
