Framework agreement for the provision of services for the collection of taxes, fees and other local budget revenues through self-service stations in accordance with the specifications of the terms of reference. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 83,692 lei and 1,536,964 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted within the timeframe set out in section I.3, namely 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended, when the procedure is an Open Online Procurement, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the needs of the Contracting Authority and the approved budget funds. The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 10,462 lei excluding VAT and the estimated maximum value of the subsequent contract is 192,120 lei excluding VAT.
