The present procurement procedure is exemplified by the ordering of the digitisation service of the Estonian press heritage in accordance with the conditions set out in the tender documents (including Annex 1). The start date of the contract registered in the register of public procurements is indicative and not legally binding. The contract enters into force upon conclusion and the deadline for the performance of the contract is no later than 16 (sixteen) months from the conclusion of the contract. The digitisation of the prints must be completed within 15 (fifteen) months from the conclusion of the contract.
