France – Sports fields maintenance services – Prestations d'entretien du terrain d'honneur et terrains annexes du stade omnisports départemental Essonne Stadium à Bondoufle

The maintenance includes, among other things, services such as mowing, watering, fertilising, weeding, scarifying, tidying up at half-time and after the game, as well as brushing the synthetic surrounds of the main pitch and the shot-put area A. Multi-function passage, weeding on the stabilised areas: the hammer throw area, the shot-put area B. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial maximum period of one year from the date of its notification or the date indicated therein. It may be renewed tacitly 3 times for a period of one year, without its total duration being able to exceed 4 years. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is single-source, with purchase orders with a minimum annual amount of 40,000 euros (excluding VAT) and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros (excluding VAT), in accordance with Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract refers to the CCAG for Current Supplies and Services of 30 March 2021.
