Romania – Construction work for military buildings and installations – Cod proiect: 2023 – I – 329 Boboc - „PAVILION NOU CAZARE ÎN CAZARMA 329 BOBOC” (proiectare + execuție)

Effective duration of the real estate investment project 2023 – I – 329 Boboc – „NEW ACCOMMODATION PAVILION IN BARRACKS 329 BOBOC” - preparation of technical documentation for obtaining the approvals and agreements for placement established by the urbanism certificate (including obtaining these), preparation of speciality studies established by the urbanism certificate, preparation of technical documentation for the authorisation of the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C) and technical documentation for the authorisation of the execution of the organisation of works (D.T.O.E), technical verification of technical documentation, preparation of technical execution project with execution details (P.Th.+D.E.), execution of works and technical assistance from the designer during the contract period – design and execution of works is 730 days, the term starting from the date of commencement of design services, in accordance with the order for commencement of these, broken down as follows:  90 calendar days - for the provision of design activities, in accordance with the mentions from Chapter II, Stage I – Design, points: I.1, I.2, I.3 and I.5 and Chapter EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND DELAYS from the Contractual Agreement;  640 calendar days - for the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the technical project with execution details, in accordance with Chapter EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AND DELAYS from the Contractual Agreement;  The entire period of execution of the works and at the final reception - for technical assistance from the designer. The warranty period granted for the services provided and the works executed, including the installed equipment and machinery, is a minimum of 60 months from the reception at the completion of the works, after the resolution of all objections noted by the reception commission (if applicable). Through this contract, works will be procured with an estimated value of 60,549,468.47 lei without VAT, broken down as follows: - 2,892,151.48 (Design, including verification of documentation (A.Î.I., D.T.A.C., P.Th.+D.E., D.T.O.E.) - 578,430.30 (Technical assistance from the designer) - 55,809,100.21 (Execution of works) - 1,269,786.48 (Site organisation) Total 2023 – I – 329 Boboc = 60,549,468.47 lei without VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses related to objective code 2023 – I – 329 Boboc amount to 5,927,968.20 lei without VAT, are not included in the estimated value and will not be offered. The ESTIMATED VALUE in lei of the contract is 60,549,468.47 lei without VAT to which is added VAT (21%) in the amount of 12,715,388.38 lei resulting in a value of 73,264,856.85 lei with VAT. Clarifications can be requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will communicate to all economic operators the responses to the clarification questions received – accompanied by the relevant questions – taking measures not to disclose the identity of the person who requested the respective clarifications, by publishing these on the site www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the participation notice relevant to the present procedure in the section „Documentation and clarifications”. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
