Czechia – Construction work – STODSKÁ NEMOCNICE – URGENTNÍ PŘÍJEM

The subject of the public procurement is the completion of a new pavilion of the Central Admission of the Regional Hospital Stod. The new pavilion is designed as a two-storey building. The basement floor houses the base of the Health Rescue Service of the Plzeň Region and the technical background of the Hospital. On the roof of the pavilion, in the recessed form II.NP, the engine room VZT and air conditioning are located. The mass of the new pavilion adjoins the existing entrance part of the hospital. The pavilion is founded on large-diameter piles, on which a reinforced concrete skeleton will be realized, mainly consisting of columns with flat heads, supplemented by stiffening wall elements and the vertical of the elevator and staircase tower. The vertical load-bearing structures and the envelope of the building will also be realized in reinforced concrete. The facade envelope of the new pavilion is designed with thermal insulation and a noble mineral plaster, the entire system in the execution of the assembly and details and connection in the quality of ETICS. The roof envelope will be formed by an assembly on a load-bearing reinforced concrete ceiling slab, consisting of a vapour barrier, a thermally insulating layer and a hydroinsulating roof foil. The internal layout will be realized predominantly from mounted partitioning partitions made of plasterboard sheets. All rooms will be equipped with suspended ceilings. The window infills in the new part of the building will be made of aluminium profiles glazed with triple glazing, fitted with internal blinds.
