The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new passenger and delivery vehicles with 100% electric drive, year of manufacture 2026, in accordance with the subject of the contract (SOC) descriptions, which are annexes 1a (for parts 1-8) and 1b (for parts 9, 10) to the contract notice. The procedure is divided into 10 parts: Part 1 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 2 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 3 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 4 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 5 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 6 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 7 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 8 – supply of a factory-new electric passenger car, Part 9 – supply of a factory-new electric delivery vehicle, Part 10 – supply of a factory-new electric delivery vehicle. Deliveries are to be made in accordance with the subject of the contract descriptions and the planned provisions of the contract, which is annex 2 to the contract notice.
