The subject of the contract is the purchase of 2 units of special vehicles with a hydraulic lift SH 23, divided into parts. 2. The subject of the contract (SOC) is Annex No. 1.1, 1.2 to the contract notice: a) Part 1 – delivery of 1 unit of special vehicle with hydraulic lift SH 23 – SOC is Annex No. 1.1 to the contract notice b) Part 2 – delivery of 1 unit of special vehicle with hydraulic lift SH 23 – SOC is Annex No. 1.2 to the contract notice 3. Place of performance of the contract, end user: a) Part 1 – Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszów; b) Part 2 – County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Strzyżów. 4. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract offered be brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Contracting Authority allows the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer which parts of the contract will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any potential Subcontractors, if known. 8. The contract will be performed in accordance with the terms set out in the contract templates, which are Annexes No. 8.1, 8.2 to this contract notice. 9. The possibility of changing the contract and the conditions for such change are set out in Annex No. 8.1, 8.2 to the contract notice. 10. The Contractor may also submit an offer for all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the submission of partial offers. An offer can be submitted in relation to one or all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts of the contract that can be awarded to one Contractor. Offers for each part of the contract will be examined and evaluated separately 11. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances arise that make it unreasonable to continue the procedure. 12. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, it may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 13. The Contracting Authority requires the performance of the contract to be secured. The security is provided before the contract is signed.
