Poland – Auditing services – Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie 23 kontroli u wykonawców Zadań realizowanych w ramach dotacji z Funduszu Pomocy Pokrzywdzonym oraz Pomocy Postpenitencjarnej – Funduszu Sprawiedliwości

The subject of the contract is the preparation and implementation of 23 audits at the contractors of Tasks carried out under the Assistance Fund for Victims and Post-Penitentiary Assistance – Justice Fund. According to point 7 of the Specifications of Contract Conditions (SWZ): Contractors who are not excluded and meet the conditions specified by the Contracting Authority regarding technical or professional capacity may apply for the contract. The Contractor will meet the condition if they present persons who meet the following requirements: 1. Role/Function: Person performing the role of auditor/team leader; Minimum number of personnel: 5 persons; Minimum education, professional qualifications and professional experience: a) Has: - higher education in the field of social sciences according to the classification of the regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 11 October 2022 on the fields of science and scientific disciplines and artistic disciplines (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 211) or - any higher education and completed postgraduate studies in the field of audit or control or finance or accounting or public procurement or law or administration or management or personal data protection and b) within the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, conducted an audit of at least 5 projects financed from public funds; 2. Role/Function: Person performing the role of auditor/team member; Minimum number of personnel: 15 persons; Minimum education, professional qualifications and professional experience: a) Has: - higher education in the field of social sciences according to the classification of the regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 11 October 2022 on the fields of science and scientific disciplines and artistic disciplines (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 211) or - any higher education and completed postgraduate studies in the field of audit or control or finance or accounting or public procurement or law or administration or management or personal data protection and b) within the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, conducted an audit of at least 5 projects financed from public funds. Persons indicated by the Contractor and simultaneously meeting the participation condition will implement the subject of the contract and will be listed in the contract.
