Czechia – Parks maintenance services – Rámcová dohoda o poskytování služeb údržby zeleně pro město Cheb

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the management and maintenance of public greenery on designated areas in the cadastral territories of the city of Cheb according to the specification given in the annex to the framework agreement (service specification + price list of works) and annex no. 1 (draft framework agreement) of this tender documentation and within the required deadlines. The subject of the performance mainly includes: mowing grass, mowing edges, spring and autumn leaf raking, pruning hedges, eliminating unwanted plants, felling trees, removing stumps and transporting all resulting waste to the designated facility for waste collection and other ancillary work so that the cultural appearance of the maintained areas is ensured and the greenery does not endanger the safety and health of citizens. The provided service relates to public greenery, which consists of plants located on publicly accessible areas under the administration or ownership of the city of Cheb, with the exception of municipal forest areas. Furthermore, the performance includes all transportation and delivery of the resulting waste to the designated location – Chocovice 20, 351 34 Třebeň-Skalná; or the premises of the company CHETES s.r.o. Pelhřimovská 2268/1, 35002 Cheb. The costs associated with waste disposal are in full scope to the contractor. The supplier ensures at its own expense the transport and delivery of the waste.
