Directive – to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of the General Programmes at national level, evaluate the progress of implementation, identify the programmes where the most implementation difficulties arise, determine the systemic causes of these difficulties and create a basis for taking evidence-based decisions on the improvement of the General Programmes or, if necessary, the systematic restructuring of the most problematic programme content.
