The subject of the order is the supply of bulk products and spices - 2 packages, on the terms set out in the draft contract provisions, in the quantities resulting from current needs and within the timeframes resulting from the concluded contract. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers for packages, in which case the contractor may submit an offer for a selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
