The subject of the order must comply with the applicable standards and regulations as well as with the detailed description of the subject of the order in Section III. 1) The vehicle must have a Certificate of Production Approval for use in fire protection units, issued by the Central Fire Protection Research Institute in Józefów, valid on the date of vehicle delivery, which must be attached upon delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle must be factory new, with the engine and chassis together with the cabin coming from the same manufacturer, year of manufacture 2026. 2) The vehicle chassis must have a current type approval certificate or EC declaration of conformity in accordance with separate national regulations relating to road traffic law. 3) The equipment and components installed in the vehicle must meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. 4) The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver and hand over to the Buyer the documents necessary for the registration of the vehicle. 5) The Contractor shall also be obliged to arrange and install the equipment, which is owned by the OSP in Ciarke. The Buyer requires agreement on the layout of the equipment in the process of vehicle conversion in order to optimally arrange and install it. 6) The Contractor is obliged to train the users indicated by the Buyer in the basic operation of the vehicle. 7) The Contractor is obliged to cooperate continuously with the Buyer in order to coordinate the correct course of delivery and to carry out the subject of the order in accordance with the Buyer's guidelines. 8) The purchased vehicle will be intended for fire protection purposes. 9) The Buyer requires a minimum of 24 months warranty and guarantee covering the entire scope of the subject of the order, including the basic warranty and guarantee on the chassis as well as the warranty and guarantee on the fire-fighting body and vehicle equipment. 10) The Buyer requires the provision of free maintenance of the subject of the order for a period of at least 24 months from the date of delivery of the subject of the order.
