The structure of the bus is to be designed according to the principles of a modern design, so that it brings the vehicle to the attention of customers as a modern, contemporary means of transport with an attractive and market-appropriate appearance, in addition to functional design principles. The vehicle must comply with the relevant provisions of EU Directives 95/28 and 2001/85/EG, the STVZO, the BO-Kraft, the accident prevention regulations of the employers' liability insurance association, further guidelines, the relevant announcements in the Verkehrsblatt and the requirements for school transport. The needs of people with disabilities or people with mobility impairments, as well as the requirements for accessibility, must be taken into account. As Annex 1, the checklist for minimum standards for accessible buses is attached. Corresponding entries are to be made and included with the offer.
