The supplies and services described in this bill of quantities are intended for the redevelopment of the Alanbrooke Barracks - Block 4 in Paderborn. The construction project is located on the site of the former Alanbrooke Barracks in Paderborn. The former barracks cover an area of approximately 18 hectares and are located west of the Riemeke district. As part of the creative industries quarter, "Block 4" is to be converted into a business centre with a focus on the creative industries. This will involve the expansion and fitting out of offices, non-disruptive commercial enterprises, communal areas and an event space. As part of this, work will be required for the external facilities.
