France – Technical assistance services – 26PI05 - ACCORD CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDES POUR DES MISSIONS DE CONTROLE DES CONCESSIONS DE DISTRIBUTION D'ELECTRICITE, DE GAZ NATUREL ET D'EXPLOITATION DE RESEAUX DE CHALEUR

The present contract has the following objectives for the benefit of the Métropole TPM:

- An annual control, and in particular a financial control (accounting expertise) by analysing the activity report of the concession (CRAC) or annual activity report (RAD) and participation in the COPIL/COTECH meetings of the contract

- Presentations to the relevant commissions of the control reports

- A one-off audit of the concession / public service delegation

And this for each of the following contracts:

- ENEDIS/EDF electricity distribution concession

- GRDF natural gas distribution concession

- DALKIA public service delegation (DSP) for thalassotherapy
