The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the protection of persons and property in the buildings of the Wałbrzych Branch of ZUS and the subordinate territorial organizational units, carried out in the form of direct physical protection and the actions of intervention groups. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: 1. Direct physical protection of the buildings of the Wałbrzych Branch of the Social Insurance Institution, including workers and third parties present on the premises. 2. Supervision of the buildings using electronic monitoring devices and alarm systems. 3. Actions of intervention groups. 4. Locking and unlocking of specified buildings and depositing keys to the buildings. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 14 to the SWZ.
