France – Meal delivery service – Fourniture et livraison de repas en liaison froide pour les services de restauration du CCAS de Villeneuve Lez Avignon et du SIDSCAVAR

Supply and delivery of meals in chilled form for the catering services of the CCAS of Villeneuve Lez Avignon and the SIDSCAVAR. The present consultation is composed of 4 lots:

Lot 1: a service for the home meal delivery service intended for elderly people: lunches and supplements (SIDSCAVAR)

Lot 2: a service for independent living residences intended for elderly people: lunches and dinners (CCAS of Villeneuve Lez Avignon)

Lot 3: a service for the non-residential leisure reception service (ALSH) intended for children aged 3 to 17: lunches and snacks (SIDSCAVAR)

Lot 4: a service for multi-accueil facilities intended for children aged 0 to 4: lunches and snacks (SIDSCAVAR)

Estimated annual needs per lot (information given as an indication and forecast and without contractual value):

Lot 1: approximately 180 000 euros HT per year (initial period of 1 year)

Lot 2: approximately 180 000 euros HT per year (initial period of 1 year)

Lot 3: approximately 100 000 euros HT per year (initial period of 1 year)

Lot 4: approximately 190 000 euros HT per year (initial period of 1 year)

The amount of the services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:

For Lot 1 service for the home meal delivery service intended for elderly people: lunches and supplements: Minimum HT 40 000 euros and Maximum HT 240 000 euros

For Lot 2 service for independent living residences intended for elderly people: lunches and dinners: Minimum HT 40 000 euros and Maximum HT 250 000 euros

For Lot 3 service for the non-residential leisure reception service (ALSH) intended for children aged 3 to 17: lunches and snacks: Minimum HT 40 000 euros and Maximum HT 150 000 euros

For Lot 4 service for multi-accueil facilities intended for children aged 0 to 4: lunches and snacks: Minimum HT 40 000 euros and Maximum HT 280 000 euros

The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
