Rough construction work for the general renovation of the Burgsinn outdoor pool. The general renovation is supported by funding programmes of the Free State of Bavaria. The bill of quantities is divided into sections.

Site establishment: Set up site establishment, power supply and water supply, 100 m construction fence, 200 m tree protection, 720 m² construction road, safety measures, measures to comply with flood protection requirements

Scaffolding work: Diving pit 150 m² protective scaffolding

Earthwork: MZB: 265 m³ earth excavation, 520 m³ crushed stone base course, 41 m³ iron-free chippings, 190 m³ excavation disposal / NSB (demolition): 130 m³ earth excavation, 160 m³ filter gravel, 200 m³ excavation backfill / SWB (demolition): 90 m³ earth excavation, 90 m³ backfill, 35 m³ base course / SWB (new): 530 m³ earth excavation, 35 m³ crushed stone base course, 220 m³ excavation backfill, 90 m³ soil exchange, 300 m³ excavation disposal / Open spaces: 250 m³ excavation for transfer level, 150 m³ excavation in planting areas, disposal 45 m³ / Pipeline construction: 450 m³ earth excavation, 231 m³ pipeline zone backfill, 300 m³ excavation disposal

Dewatering work: Dewatering system for pool, SWB and pipe trenches, incl. settling basin

Concrete and reinforced concrete work: MZB: 115 m³ reinforced concrete, 185 m³ lean concrete, approx. 3500 kg reinforcement, 400 m² formwork / SWB: 110 m³ reinforced concrete, 30 m³ lean concrete, approx. 12300 kg reinforcement, 370 m² formwork / SPB: 74 m³ reinforced concrete, 2 m³ lean concrete, approx. 1300 kg reinforcement, 40 m² formwork

Waterproofing work: 85 m² waterproofing of concrete ceilings

Demolition work: MZB: 50 m³ concrete demolition, 70 m² concrete cutting, various core drillings, diving platform / NSB: 56 m³ concrete demolition, 145 m² concrete cutting 145 m² wall tiles, slide / SWB: 20 m³ concrete demolition, 16 m² concrete cutting, attachments / Open spaces: 1160 m² paving including subbase, 500 m² clearing of planting strips, 2 staircases, 3 wading pools, various fittings / Pipeline construction: approx. 400 m pipeline demolition; demolition of 2 manholes, construction of approx. 40 m main and 2 new manholes incl. connection to the existing system
