The subject of the procurement is the project management services - contract for the works of the rehabilitation of the transport pipeline VS Sv. Ilija – VS nadvučnik, according to the project assignment of this Procurement Documentation. Project management of the construction is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Act (Official Gazette, No. 155/25), the Act on Works and Activities in Spatial Planning and Construction (Official Gazette, No. 78/15, 118/18, 110/19).
