The subject of the contract is the supply of prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) to ensure the continuity of treatment for patients with prothrombin complex deficiency (PCC) - hereinafter "clotting factor", of availability category Rp or Rpz, to the direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centres (RCKiK) - indicated by the National Blood Centre (NCK) or another authorized entity, on the terms specified in the contract.
