Norway – Social work services with accommodation – EPHRT-EEA-01-2026 - Procurement of 24 hour health and welfare services for women for 40 years.

Bergen municipality, c/o the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Department, shall procure 24 hour health and care services for a female user for 40 years, with a need for close follow-up and structure in everyday life. The user has comprehensive health and care needs and is assessed to have a need for a residential offer with institutional frameworks, high personnel availability and options for screening. The initiative shall contribute to ensure the user ́s safety, stability and follow-up in daily life.
