Poland – Rescue and emergency equipment – Dostawa wyposażenia na potrzeby ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej

The subject of the Contract is the supply of equipment for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defence, divided into 5 parts (Tasks): - Task no. 1 – Sleeping bags (300 units); - Task no. 2 – Mats (3000 units); - Task no. 3 – Camp beds (1500 units); - Task no. 4 – Mess tins (3000 units); - Task no. 5 – 20 l Thermoses (40 units). 2. A detailed description and requirements regarding the subject of the Contract are contained in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "TS") constituting Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ. The required parameters of the assortment, divided into individual Tasks, as mentioned in point 4.1 of the SWZ, have been specified in Attachment No. 1 to the TS. 3. The subject of the Contract will be carried out in accordance with the TS and the Contract Template, constituting Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers for one or more Tasks, as mentioned in point 4.1 of the SWZ, with the proviso that a partial offer must cover the full scope of each offered Task, resulting from the TS and Attachment No. 1 to the TS. 4. The purchase is co-financed with funds from the state budget for own tasks from Area II implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme (Programme OLiOC) – Task entitled "Implementation of own tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defence within Area II – "Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies" for the City of Warsaw and the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Self-Government |Own Task| City of Warsaw|".
