The subject of the contract is for post-warranty technical maintenance and repair of the official motor vehicles (MVs) owned by the Road Maintenance and Construction Directorate - Varna, including the supply of spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for their performance. The post-warranty maintenance covers all activities prescribed by the manufacturer of the respective MV for maintaining it in a technical condition that ensures safe and reliable operation, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act and the subordinate legal acts issued on its basis, and the provisions of the competent authorities. The repair of MVs covers all activities for restoring the technical condition of the MVs.
