Contract for the delegation of the management of certain components of the sanitation service (collection, transport, transfer and operation of waste treatment facilities) by concession of the administrative-territorial units members of the Intercommunity Development Association ADISSL Vâlcea. The duration of the management delegation contract is 8 years (96 months) from the Date of Entry into Force of the Contract. The contract duration was established in accordance with the analysis carried out at the level of the Opportunity Study, annexed to the present documentation. The main activities to be performed by the delegate/contractor during the contract period are described in the book of tasks. Requests for clarification regarding the award documents may be submitted up to the 26th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Responses to requests for clarification shall be published on the 16th day before the submission of tenders. Only requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set in the invitation to tender will be answered.
