The subject of the contract is the Purchase of Used Internal Combustion Vehicles. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to carry out deliveries and perform work within the stages indicated in the Agreement, namely: - Stage 1: transfer to the Contracting Authority, under the conditions indicated in the Agreement (Annex 1 to SWZ), including its annexes, the ownership of internal combustion traction units (sale) together with the documentation specified in Table 2A of the subject of the contract description (hereinafter: OPZ). - Stage 2: carrying out all the work specified in the OPZ, necessary for the admission of internal combustion traction units for use by the Contracting Authority. This stage applies to both the base and the option right after the completion of Stage 1. - Stage 2 in the scope of the ETCS system installation (option right), which consists of three separate sub-stages, namely: a) preparation of the installation, b) installation of the system devices, c) preparation of full documentation for homologation. This stage applies to both the base and the option right after the completion of Stage 1. 2. The detailed OPZ is contained in Annex 1 to the Agreement, which constitutes Annex 1 to SWZ.
