The subject of the Contract is to provide supervision for the design and execution of works on railway line no. 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk, together with the provision of author supervision within the project entitled: Works on railway line no. 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów – Przeworsk – Stage I. The scope of the contract also includes the scope of works covered by the Term Extension Option, as referred to in § 7a of the Contract, to the extent that the Contracting Authority exercises the Term Extension Option. [2] The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is in Volume III SWZ ("OPZ"). [3] The website on which changes and clarifications to the SWZ content and other Contract Documents directly related to the Procurement Procedure will be made available: https://platformazakupowa.plk-sa.pl in the sub-section dedicated to the subject Procurement Procedure no. 9090/IREZA3/02673/02728/26/P, available in the "Current", "In Progress" or "Completed" tab (depending on the stage of the Procurement Procedure).
