Lithuania – Pipeline-inspection services – (VPP‑936) PIPELINE INSPECTION SERVICES PROCUREMENT

Identification of changes in activities (actions) carried out within the monitored area of the gas transmission system (also known as the main gas pipeline) (within the boundaries of Protection zones and Class of territories), preparation of spatial data and submission of reports based on aerial photographs of the gas transmission system (pipeline) (hereinafter - Service 1). Generation of a point cloud using laser scanning (hereinafter - LiDAR) and the submission of the results of the analysis and reports of the spatial data sets created on that basis (vegetation assessment for removal and/or analysis and reports on the assessment of ground surface elevation) (hereinafter - Service 2). Service 1 and Service 2 are collectively referred to as the Territory surveillance Services (hereinafter collectively - the Services). The Procurement object shall not be divided into parts. Any Supplier submitting a tender shall offer the entire quantity/scope of the Procurement.
